Pwanahuboshi Dooshima Duku possesses over twenty (20) years management experience spanning over a wide raange of activities from business development, project coordination, operations management, learning and development, perfomance management and recruitment. She is also a goal-oriented Human Resource practitioner adept at for-profit initiatives. A respected leader, equipped with powerful communication, coordination and analytic skills.
Pwana is the Chief Executive of Tybitx Services Internation Limited, a HR company founded in 2014 whose core service offering is centered on Transition Management; which largely focuses on helping organisations through the process of managing significant changes that affect their workforce. She has an MBA from the prestigious Business School Netherlands. She has attended several learning courses in Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Policy Audit, Strategy, Innovation and Business Development. She is a strategist and a versatile trainer. She continues pursuing actively employee engagement & reintegration in the workplace.
She currently seats on the board of Chairos Foundation and is a member of EduAid, all non-governmental organizations focused on enhancing family values and education standards at primary level. She believes in freelancing and volunteering.
Olufeyisayo Sofolahan Soewu
Olufeyisayo Sofolahan Soewu's sixteen (16) years career spanning retail & commercial banking strategy & business development and human resources has helped him cultivate competencies around marketing, strategy development & business advisory, corporate governance review, research, organisational structure re-engineering and human resources administration.
He graduated from the University of Lagos with a Second Class Upper Degree in Philosophy and went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Sheffield (Sheffield University Management School) in the United Kingdom and has attended various professional developmental programs. With this passion for people and technology, he is constantly evaluating ways of bringign about new standards of enhancing employee engagement and employer productivity.
Olufeyisayo is currencly pursuing his passion for 'making a difference' in driving initiatives (across education, arts, health and charitable trusts) that will hopefully making meaningful contributions to significantly changing the lives of everyday people.
Femi is the co-founder and Chief Information Officer of Descasio Limited. His career spans network and systems administration. At Descasio, he is primarily responsible for driving the technology vision of the company. Through providing leadership for strategic planning, he ensures the delivery of the right technological solutions for Descasio’s clients but more importantly, he ensures there is an alignment of these solutions with the business objectives of their clientele base. Due to his role, he is also involved in product development and budget management.
Prior to Descasio, Femi worked as Head of Network Infrastructure at Notore, where he managed the IT department and ensured the effectiveness of all technology systems met business requirements. He was able to achieve this by establishing a comprehensive framework that managed IT processes and service delivery levels for internal clients and ensured the buy-in from all stakeholders relevant to the delivery of a robust IT infrastructure. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts and is certified in Microsoft MCSE, Checkpoint CCSA & CCSE, Cisco CCNA, Citrix CCA, IBM e(logo)server x-Series Technical Principles & Problem Determination, VMware VCP ESX 2.5, CBCI – Business continuity.
Femi is an avid cyclist and amateur photographer. He is married to Sandra Olugbesan with three children and is a founding Trustee for October Orange Initiative.
